Meeryian
Acompaño procesos de salud femenina desde una mirada integral, donde el arte, el cuerpo y la tierra se entrelazan. Soy artista, naturópata, doula y eterna aprendiz del camino de los saberes ancestrales femeninos.
Meeryian es el nombre que da forma a mi labor: un espacio donde el acompañamiento y la creación se nutren mutuamente. Me muevo entre el barro y el cuerpo, entre la cerámica y la sanación, entre el gesto artístico y el ciclo vital.
Mi práctica nace desde lo intuitivo y lo vivencial, desde la escucha, la emoción y el respeto por los ritmos internos. Acompaño a mujeres en procesos de reconexión con su fertilidad, su nutrición, su cuerpo y su memoria cíclica, tejiendo caminos de autoconocimiento y bienestar.
En la cerámica he encontrado una maestra silenciosa. Mi recorrido ha sido libre y autodidacta, con experiencias profundamente significativas. En el taller Artezaleak de Zarautz, guiada por Lore, profundicé en la relación entre materia, fuego y creación. Allí también realicé un curso intensivo de cerámica musical junto a Hernán Vargas, donde descubrí el sonido como forma viva y medicina.
En el ámbito de la salud femenina, ha sido mi propio cuerpo quien me ha enseñado: la observación de mis ciclos, la nutrición consciente y la búsqueda de equilibrio con la naturaleza.
Soy guardiana de vida, educadora menstrual, naturopata de la salud femenina, doula postparto, artista y arteterapeuta. Eterna aprendiz de la partería y del camino de la fertilidad, sigo honrando los saberes que nos recuerdan que sanar también es crear.Desde Meeryian deseo fortalecer el tejido de la memoria femenina, honrar el legado de nuestras abuelas y devolver al arte y al cuerpo su lugar sagrado como puente hacia la vida y la sanación.

Meeryian
I accompany women through processes of feminine health from an integral perspective, where art, the body, and the earth intertwine. I am an artist, naturopath, doula, and an eternal apprentice on the path of ancestral feminine wisdom. Meeryian is the name that gives form to my work — a space where creation and accompaniment nourish one another. I move between clay and body, between ceramics and healing, between artistic gesture and vital cycle.
My practice is born from intuition and lived experience, from listening, emotion, and respect for inner rhythms. I accompany women in processes of reconnection with their fertility, nutrition, body, and cyclical memory — weaving paths of self-knowledge and well-being.
In clay, I have found a silent teacher. My journey in ceramics has been free and self-taught, shaped by deeply meaningful experiences. At the Artezaleak workshop in Zarautz, guided by Lore, I deepened my relationship with matter, fire, and creation. There I also completed an intensive course in musical ceramics with Hernán Vargas, where I discovered sound as a living form and a medicine.
In the field of feminine health, it has been my own body that has taught me — through observing my cycles, conscious nourishment, and the search for balance with nature. I am a guardian of life, menstrual educator, naturopath specialized in feminine health, postpartum doula, artist, and art therapist. An eternal apprentice of midwifery and the path of fertility, I continue to honor the ancestral knowledge that reminds us that to heal is also to create.
Through Meeryian, I seek to strengthen the fabric of feminine memory, to honor the legacy of our grandmothers, and to restore to art and the body their sacred place as bridges toward life and healing.
